Instructions
- Arrange 2 pints of cherry tomatoes and an 8-ounce block of feta cheese in a baking dish. Drizzle ½ cup olive oil over the ingredients, then sprinkle ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper across the surface.
- Place the baking dish in a preheated 400°F oven. Roast for exactly 30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta turns soft and golden.
