  3. Spoon 2 tbsp of cheese mixture near one edge of the phyllo sheet. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to create a sealed packet.
  4. Repeat the rolling process with remaining phyllo sheets and cheese mixture, creating approximately 12 rolls.
  5. Arrange rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart.
  6. Brush the tops of your rolls with remaining 2 tbsp melted butter to ensure a golden crisp exterior.
