  4. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil with 3 minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a separate bowl.
  5. Toss zucchini slices in the olive oil mixture, adding remaining herbs and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Arrange seasoned chicken breasts in the center of the prepared baking dish.
  7. Spread herbed zucchini slices evenly around the chicken in a single layer.
