Instructions

  1. Gather and chop your medium onion, 3 garlic cloves, red and green bell peppers into uniform pieces using a sharp knife.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking meat into small crumbles until no pink remains.
  3. Toss chopped onion and minced garlic into the browned beef. Saute for 3-4 minutes until onions turn translucent.
  4. Introduce chopped bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften slightly.
