steamed corn masa wrapped in a corn husk, marinated shrimp,poblano chiles, corn, creamy tomatillo salsa, micro cilantro

cemita de milanesa
white mexican bread with sesame seeds, crispy breaded chicken breast,
oaxaca cheese, tomato, lettuce, onions, pickled jalapeños, chipotle, papalo.

4th course
taco trio
carne: epazote marinated skirt steak, grilled asparagus, pickled ramps, jalapeño emulsion, crispy avocado pescado: lime-garlic marinated grilled red snapper, jicama green mango slaw, radish, cilantro-serrano crema
vegano: pan fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with chick peas & fava beans, avocado mash, serrano chile, cilantro tahini

chile pasilla oaxaqueno relleno de platano macho
French toast battered piloncilo pickled chile pasilla oaxaqueño, stuffed with caramelized plantains, pan fried, caramelized sweet potato, cinnamon whipped cream
