The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that’s distinctively clean and smooth.

ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE

Shake things up at La Mez Agave Lounge, River North’s mezcal lounge located downstairs at Mercadito Chicago (108 W. Kinzie St.).  Their Mixology Academy returns with a spring course on Saturday, April 15 from 3-5 p.m. The course, led by Paul Tanguey, Beverage Director, will feature Dustin Miller with Maestro Dobel Tequila and cost $45 per guest.

 

At  the La Mez Mixology Academy, guests will learn tips and techniques to craft perfectly balanced cocktails at home, all while absorbing a bit of useful alcohol history and getting a little saucy with friends and classmates. In additional to the libations, appetizers will be provided by Mercadito Chicago’s Executive Chef Patricio Sandoval.
